Terms of Service

Effective date: November 1, 2026 · Version 1.0

The short version

  • These terms are an agreement between your church and Lofty Services Inc., which runs PewPush.
  • The person who signs up must be allowed to agree for the church.
  • PewPush costs C$35 a month or C$378 a year, plus tax. The 14-day trial needs a card, and you are not charged until it ends.
  • Your church owns its recordings and everything made from them. You give us permission to process them only to run PewPush.
  • You are responsible for having permission from the people, and for the music, in what you upload and post.
  • Nothing is posted until someone at your church approves it, and you are responsible for what you approve.
  • If you cancel, we refund the unused part of your current period and delete your content 30 days later.
  • These terms work together with our Privacy Policy.

1. The agreement and who can use PewPush

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Lofty Services Inc. ("we", "us"), a company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and the church or organization that signs up for PewPush ("your church", "you"). They cover the PewPush app and website.

PewPush is for churches and similar organizations, not for personal use. The person who signs up becomes the church's Owner. By accepting these Terms, the Owner confirms that they are at least 18 and are allowed to agree to them for the church.

Accounts and roles. The Owner can invite other people as Admins or Reviewers. Each person signs in with their own email address and must not share their sign-in. The Owner is responsible for who they invite and what those people do in PewPush. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone has used an account without permission.

Invitations. During early access, signup is by invitation. We may decide who receives an invitation.

2. Trial, plans and billing

ItemTerms
Free trial14 days. A card is needed to start. Trial limits are 1 sermon, 3 team members and 5 GB of library. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing
Starter planC$35 a month, or C$378 a year. Includes 4 sermons a month, 5 team members, 25 GB of library and scheduled posting
Extra sermons2 more sermons for C$9, for the calendar month you buy them in
TaxPrices are before tax. We add GST, HST or PST for your province, or the tax that applies where you are

Renewal. When the trial ends, your plan starts and renews each month or year until you cancel. We charge the card on file through our payment processor, Helcim.

Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before your price changes. The new price applies from your next billing date after the notice period. If you don't want to continue, you can cancel before then.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we try again over 7 days and email the Owner. If it still fails, your account stays open for a 7-day grace period. After that it becomes read-only: you can see and download your content, but uploads, processing and posting stop until the account is paid.

Switching plans. A switch between monthly and yearly takes effect at the end of your current period, so you are never billed twice.

Cancellation and refunds. The Owner can cancel at any time in Settings. We refund the unused part of your current period to the card you paid with, and the account becomes read-only. Extra sermon packs are not refunded once you have used them.

3. Your content

You own it. Your church keeps all rights in the recordings, photos, logos and text it uploads, and in the clips, captions and graphics PewPush makes from them ("your content").

Our permission to process it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, transcribe, edit, render and send your content, only as needed to run PewPush for you. That includes sending it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy and posting it to the platforms your church approves. The licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies in backups, which expire on their own schedule. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not use it to market PewPush without your written permission.

Your permissions. Before you upload or post content, you must have the rights and permissions it needs. This includes:

  • People: permission from the people who can be seen or heard, as your church's practice and the law require.
  • Children: permission from a parent or guardian before content showing a child is posted.
  • Music: worship songs and backing tracks in a recording are usually owned by someone else. Your church's licences may cover streaming or posting them, or they may not. If they don't, leave those parts out of your clips. PewPush can help you exclude worship sections, but it cannot check licences for you.
  • Other material: videos, images, scripture translations or text owned by others.

If someone asks us to remove content they say breaks their rights, we may pass the request to your church and may remove the content while it is sorted out.

4. Approval, publishing and AI suggestions

Nothing posts without a yes. PewPush only posts content after a person at your church with the right role approves it. Your church is responsible for what it approves and for following the rules of each platform it posts to, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Platforms are separate services. When you connect a social media account, that platform's own terms apply. A platform may change its features, limit posting, remove content or close an account, and we are not responsible for what a platform does. If a platform changes its rules or its connection to PewPush, some features may stop working until we can fix them.

AI suggestions are drafts. PewPush uses AI to transcribe recordings, suggest clips, write captions and sort comments. These suggestions can be wrong: a transcript may mishear a word, a caption may miss the point, or a clip may lose context. Review each item before you approve it. PewPush flags some lines that may need a closer look, but it will not catch everything.

5. Using PewPush fairly

Don't use PewPush to:

  • post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers children;
  • upload content you don't have the rights or permissions for;
  • break the rules of the platforms you post to, or send spam;
  • try to get into other churches' data, our systems, or accounts that aren't yours;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer PewPush, or overload it on purpose, for example with automated requests.

Plan limits. Each plan has limits on sermons, storage, team members and similar things, shown on the pricing page and in the app. When you reach a limit, that feature pauses until the next period or until you buy more. We may change limits for new plans; we will give you notice before we lower a limit on your current plan.

Availability. We work to keep PewPush running, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it briefly for maintenance and will try to give notice for planned work. PewPush is in early access, and features may change.

Third-party services. PewPush relies on providers such as our hosting, storage, AI and payment providers, and on the social platforms you connect. An outage at one of them can affect PewPush.

6. Our service, suspension and ending the agreement

PewPush belongs to us. We own the PewPush software, design, name and logo. These Terms give your church the right to use PewPush while your account is open; they don't transfer ownership of it. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

Suspension. We may suspend an account, or remove specific content, if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms or the law, puts other people at risk, or threatens the security of PewPush. Where it's safe and lawful to do so, we will tell the Owner why and give a chance to fix it first.

Ending the agreement. Your church can cancel at any time (see section 2). We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or right away if your church seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms. If we end it without a breach by your church, we refund any prepaid time you haven't used.

Your content after the account closes. After a cancellation or the end of the agreement, the account is read-only for 30 days so you can download your content. After that, we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy. Posts already published on social media stay there until you remove them on each platform. Uploaded recordings are always deleted 30 days after upload, so download any you want to keep.

7. Legal terms

No warranties. PewPush is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these Terms, including that PewPush will meet every need or that AI suggestions will be accurate.

Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost donations, lost followers or harm to reputation. Our total liability for any claim about PewPush is limited to the fees your church paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Indemnity. Your church will cover our reasonable costs if someone makes a claim against us because of content your church uploaded or posted through PewPush, or because your church broke these Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where your church is located requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. For important changes we will tell the Owner by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, and the Owner accepts the new version at their next sign-in. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Other terms. If part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right right away doesn't mean we give it up. Your church can't transfer this agreement without our written permission; we may transfer it to a company that takes over PewPush, and will tell you if we do.
