Billing questions
Why is a card needed for the trial?
It keeps signups to real churches and means your posts keep going on day 15 without a gap. You're not charged during the 14 days, and if you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. When you cancel, we refund the unused part of your current period. Your account becomes read-only, and you have 30 days to download your clips before they're deleted.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. The switch takes effect at the end of your current period, so you're never billed twice.
What if we need more than 4 sermons?
Add 2 extra sermons for C$9 in any month. They count for that calendar month only.
Do you charge tax?
Yes. Prices are before tax, and GST, HST or PST is added based on your province.
